30 days of green smoothies


I read a book called "Green for life" the other day that inspired me to drink green smoothies everyday for breakfast for 30 days. 1 day down, 29 to go.



Green smoothie recipe:
2 bananas
1 bunch of dark salad greens
1 handful of spinach
2 cups of water or almond/coconut milk

Blend until smooth. Its very tasty.

It taste like banana. You can't hardly taste the greens in it.

Cool! I am wanting to get a Vitamix, probably at tax time, and I'll have to try this when I get one. Right nwo I don't even have a blender, so... I can't, hehe

Yep! I just let it blend for a while to make sure it gets all smooth.
